Lamb Burgers

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 lb ground beef or veal for a milder outcome (for juicer burgers I use medium ground)
  • ¼ red pepper, finely chopped
  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • handful parsley, chopped
  • S&P
  1. Combine all ingredients being careful not to overwork meat which will result in tough burgers.
  2. Pat into 4 burgers and grill on medium heat for about 8 mins per side.
  3. Best served with Tzatziki
